2 Week Shopping list

Fruit-
1 package blackberries
3-4 peach
2 packages blueberries
2-3 pear
4-5 cucumbers
1 grape fruit
1 Kirby cucumber
2 Granny smith apple

1 baked sweet potato
1 cantaloupe
1 lime
2 red delicious apple
1 bag frozen dark cherries

Cheese-
1 large container fat-free ricotta cheese
1 large bag Parmesan cheese
1 medium container Greek yogurt
1 small bag cheddar cheese
1 large bag part-skim mozzarella
1 medium container fat free feta
1 medium container Plain yogurt
1 package skim mozzarella cheese sticks
1 small package plain cottage cheese

Nuts-
1 bag pecan halves
1 bag bag sunflower seeds
1 bag flax seed
1 bag hazelnuts
1 container natural peanut butter
1 bag walnuts
1 bag pistachios
1 bag sesame seeds
1 bag pine nuts

18oz of chicken
2 slices roasted turkey
1 slice uncured ham
8oz salmon
8oz pork tenderloin

6oz white meant turkey burger
1 dozen eggs

((some of these things.. the no perishables just go a head and buy in bulk.. most this stuff come in sizes bigger then listed, wont hurt to buy the extra))
