My 11 week diet health weight program

Is there anyone out there that has registered about 10x  to get onto Dr Ozs diet plan and have still received no reply?

Out of desperation I have decided to start my own 11 week program with or with out him so here goes.....

The reason I have started this whole thing is because about 2 months ago I suffered a  heart attack and it made me realize that this was a warning sign and that if I dont start looking after myself next time I wont be so lucky....so that is my motivation....

Thoughts for the day

Im feeling pretty pumped about getting this thing started. I am going to confess something that not even my doc knows... but for me to take this thing seriously I am going to mention my weight.

Starting weight 204 pounds, height 5 4" and I am 51 years old.
I am wanting to get down to 150 pounds, although I realize that I cannot do this in 11 weeks I feel that to give myself a deadline will help me stick to it.

I am going to keep track of what I eat and how much exercise I do on my good days and bad days. I am doing this publicly so that others in the same boat may be motivated to do the same... maybe we can get a support group going.

I decided I needed a bit of motivation so I went out and splashed out on new workout gear. Then I invested in a pair of Nike walking shoes that have a place to put in a Nike receiver. Great investment!! It is used with your Ipod. It measures, distance, time, calories burnt, and speed.

Daily Food Taken

Breakfast

1 small bowl All Bran Flakes/with raisins
1 medium sized Orange
1 cup coffee with 2 tsp Coffee Creamer

Lunch

Large apple
Handful raw baby carrots
4 dill pickles
1 long raw celery stick
Handful raw cauliflower

Snack

1 cup of chamomile tea with a bit of lemon and a tsp of honey.

Dinner

Going to Panda Express tonight....dont feel like cooking. I looked online and see the PE menu and they have the nutritional value of the foods that they have so it is easy to see what you can eat without going over your daily calorie intake.
